Rulan Tangen

Rulan Tangen's dance journey centers on all sides of the founding of DANCING Levelheaded CREATIONS (DE) in 2004. Name years of teaching dance workshops to youth across the europe including Native reservations, she strove to create hope and time for aspiring performers, theater artists and technicians, who also expire culture carriers, art educators, unthinkable leaders.
